Falling Ball Sensors

Falling Ball Sensors can be used in bypass installation with existing machine pumps or as stand-alone circulation units with oc-pumps for permanent control.
The measurement is done with highest accuracy and the measuring cycles are adjustable.
The new sensor ViskoStar (left) fits in the best manner to automatic Auto-Clean systems at printing stations.

The control: Central and optimized:

Multiplex FK systems are used in combination with the opti-color falling ball sensors and are able to control up to 8 stations plus optionally rotating sensor i.e. for coating stations

• Fully digital control with extensive software and numerous adjustable parameters
• Scaling functions for best setting even with problematic or new inks and liquids
• RS-232, printer interface, oc-net functions, oc-3000 and oc-4000 software
• Multiplex FK units for use with 8 (9) sensors via only one control box
• Option: Temperature and pH-control channels

Junior and Junior VC

Without doubt the easiest way to achieve fully automatic viscosity control:

Control types Junior and Junior VC offer an easy to use solution to control the viscosity of liquids measured by OBD or MTD sensors.

* Analogue control with +/- or digital display of actual value and setpoint
* Adjustment of setpoint with potentiometer or press button
* Easy to install and operate
* Control box suitable for either wall mounting or panel installation
* Valve control exit for solvent/water supply to control the viscosity

A standard set consists of a control box as shown, an OBD-dipsensor and a dosing valve.
Options like enlarged frontplate and individual scalings are available.

The new generation of type Junior Dual FKS also allows single stations to be equipped in an economic way.

Connection of up to 30 Multi VC stations in an oc-network via master unit with RS-232 serial interface to the computer system.

Display function for:

• station and channel number
• setpoint and actual values (graphic/numeric)
• valve  mode and control function
• selected  scale for the choose station
• alarm indication if activated

Individual setting for layout and colors.
