  • Easy to use rotational viscometer for standard applications
  • Speed range selectable from 0,3 - 200 rpm, spindle selection, quick display of actual viscosity reading (mPas)
  • Spindle sets L (lower viscosity range, about 3 - 2.000.000 mPas) or R (middle/high viscosity range, about 20 to 10.000.000 mPas) available.
  • Precision: +/- 1 % of full scale range

ViscoLab Measuring Systems

These units are available in different versions for quick measurements of dynamic viscosity based on well known standards and also for rheological evaluations and research tasks of liquids and further processing of data.

 
  • Easy to use rotational viscometer for manual usage (mobile)  in standard applications
  • Fixed speed setting (model depending) to 60 rpm (optionally 20, 30 or 50 rpm),spindle selection, quick display of actual viscosity reading (mPas)
  • Standard set R2-R7 (R1 optionally available), viscosity range about 66-66.000 mPas (up to 200-200.000 mPas for lowest speed type with 20 rpm) 
  • Optional R1 spindle for ranges about 16-166 mPas (up to 50-500 mPas for lowest speed type with 20 rpm)
  • Battery usage up to 24 h activation
  • Precision: +/- 2 % of full scale range
  • Delivery includes display unit, spindle protector, spindle set
  • R2-R7 made of stainless steel, 4 batteries

A good start for various applications, test cups are used to get     initial information about viscosity values. Opti-Color supplies test  cups in various designs / standards for use in production and labs.

  • OC-test cups, form as DIN 53211 with handle, nozzles 2 - 8 mm
  • DIN 53211 and ISO 2431 test cups with overflow brim for lab usage on tripod/stands
  • Test cups refer (DIN), FORD (ASTM) and Zahn cups with handle for sample measurements on site
