MCS Systems
Coating control helps to ensure a long term printing and coating quality during production and to increase the quality / coating results at all. The user is enabled to use coatings, that are out of his normal working range due to high viscosities or special behaviours.
opti-color MCS systems have been available on the market for many years. The units are found in coating applications for sheetfed-offset printing, metal-decorating, tube/screen printing and other flat coating and spraying jobs. More and more we also see customers demanding flexo and gravure applications.

Gold / Metallic Coating Systems

Metallic-Coatings (”Gold-Coatings”)refer to the high demanding liquids used for printing. Most important is the correct temperature as well as good but gentle mixing.
MCS-12-ECS systems offer a specially designed tank that is temperature controlled with a cooling unit. An adjustable stirrer with enlarged impeller takes care of the mixing with slow speed.
The result: gold, silver and bronze in perfect quality.

Gloss with Water and UV Coatings
|
|
UV-coatings and high viscosity water-based coatings are used to reach optimized gloss effects. Important for the production and quality are the correct viscosity and temperature and to maintain those values.
MCS-35-EH systems with heating tanks, stirrers and automatic refill functions control the coatings during long time productions. Viscosity controls are used additionally for water-based coatings.
The result: gloss and brilliant quality even for long time print jobs with high editions.

Universal System with Full Temperature Control
|
|
|
Universal solutions are necessary to use different coatings at a lacquer station. Heating and cooling, a stirrer and refill function must be available on demand for the individual cases.
MCS-35-ET systems with heating and cooling will support all different coatings. To avoid mixing different coatings, the units can be equipped with additional tanks for the quickest exchange.
The result: flexibility for individual needs during the demanding enhancement.
